At Class Action, LLC, our mission is to provide reliable and efficient process service for all civil legal matters. With over 30 years of experience providing legal support services to law firms and other process service agencies, we prioritize accuracy and timeliness in every service we deliver.

An Affidavit of Service

Our Process

From start to finish, Class Action LLC will make the period during which our services are being rendered as seamless and stress free as possible for all of our clients. Updates are available at anytime by e-mail or phone request. At the conclusion of process service, you will be provided with the proof of your choice, whether it be a notarized Affidavit of Service, or an Affirmation of Service, signed by the process server. An invoice will be generated and emailed to you at the conclusion of service, along with the proof of your choosing.

Where Do We Serve?

Using our vast network of process servers, Class Action has the ability to serve papers in any state across the United States. Our roots are in Monroe County and the surrounding counties of New York State, but that won't stop us from serving anywhere that you need us to go!

What Do We Serve?

Our servers are most familiar with the following: Summons/Complaint (Collections, Personal Injury, etc.), Foreclosure Documents, Foreclosure NOS Postings, Eviction Documents (Notice to Quit/Notice to Terminate/Notice of Petition, etc.), Surrogate's Court Citations, Judicial Subpoena/Subpoena Deuces Tecum, Family Court Documents (Divorce, Child Support, etc.) and Orders to Show Cause.

Reliable Process Service from Class Action, LLC

Routine Service

Do you have legal papers that need to be served on an individual or corporation? A process server will commence routine service attempts within 24 to 72 hours of receipt. Starting at $65***. 

Rush Service

We offer rush service for those occasions when you need your documents served urgently. Our process servers are ready to act fast and get your documents served as quickly as possible. Your documents get prioritized and go right to the front of our queue. Service will commence within 24 hours of receipt. Starting at $95***.

Same Day Service

Need something served today? A process server will commence service immediately following receipt, as long as we receive your request before 4:00 PM. Some exceptions may apply. Starting at $150***.

Personal Only Service

You may find yourself with the need to have an individual served in a Family Court or Surrogate's Court proceeding, or with certain Orders to Show Cause. In New York State, many of these court documents can only be served to the individual themselves, and not by any other method. Starting at $95***.

Skip Tracing

If you need us to locate someone, we offer skip tracing services to help you find them, including various database searches, NYS DMV searches, social media searches, and US Postal searches. Using all of the tools at our disposal, we can often locate even the most elusive individuals. Starting at $100***.

Court Filing

Our process servers make daily runs to any Town, County, or City Courts that you may need your court documents filed in. If you provide us with an authorization form, we can E-File your affidavits/affirmations through NYSCEF as well! Starting at $75***.

Foreclosure Postings

We will post your Notice of Sale in 3 places within the Town that the property is in, as well as 3 places in the County Seat, helping law firms make the public aware of the property sale for their clients. Starting at $100***.
